In short: this is a portfolio, not a shop. You buy nothing and create no account here. Below is who runs the site, what you may do with the images, and how the contact form works.
Who runs this site
jeremikarp.com is run by Jeremi Karp, a sole trader operating as Jeremi Karp, Polish tax number (NIP) 9472020457, working in Łódź and Warsaw, Poland. Contact: jeremikarp@gmail.com, +48 532 871 702.
What this site is
The site presents a portfolio of photography and film work and lets you get in touch about working together. It sells nothing, requires no registration and offers no user account.
Using the site is free. A browser with JavaScript enabled is enough — without it the site still works, only with fewer animations.
Rights to the photographs and films
All photographs, films, texts and the visual layout of the site are protected by copyright and remain the property of Jeremi Karp or the parties they were created with.
Viewing and linking to pages of this site is allowed. Downloading, copying, modifying, publishing or otherwise using the material — including on social media, in advertising and in datasets used to train models — requires prior written permission.
If you would like to use one of the images, write to me. It can usually be arranged.
Contact form
The form is for enquiries about working together. Your message goes to the owner's mailbox — how the data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
Sending a message is not an order or a contract. Terms, timeline and fee are agreed separately, in correspondence.
The form is protected against bots: it limits the number of submissions from one address and rejects content with the hallmarks of bulk sending. In unusual cases a message may not be accepted — then the fastest route is a direct e-mail.
Availability
The site may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, a hosting failure or updates. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every piece of content is current.
Liability for damage arising from use of the site is limited to what the applicable law expressly provides.
Links to other services
The site links to external platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, LinkedIn). Once you follow such a link, those services' own terms and privacy policies apply — they are outside my control.
Complaints and disputes
Send any remarks about how the site works to jeremikarp@gmail.com. I usually reply within a day, and no later than 14 days.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. If you use the site as a consumer, your statutory consumer rights apply in full and nothing here limits them.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change when the way the site works changes. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Older versions are not archived.
